product does what it is supposed to do. gives an excellent shave, easy to use, comfortable.

The shaver is stylish, reliable and robust, gives a close shave and is easy to clean.

I would have given it 5 stars apart from one feature. The power socket should be a standard USB C so that it can be charged from the same charger used for laptops and phones without hunting for the right cable and carrying a non standard cable when traveling. Otherwise an excellent razor. I use it daily.

Performance is very disappointing. I have had many Philips shavers before but this one is just ineffective. It takes twice as long to shave than my previous Philips shaver as I have to keep going areas multiple times, and this makes more skin sore . I do not recommend this model .

I was replacing a Braun Series 7 shaver, which has, and still does, serve(d) me well for years.This Philips product is simply awful and I suspect I'll either give it to someone looking for a quick shaver, albeit a not very good shaver, or throw it in the bin...!!!55 years ago, I started out with a Philip's three head shaver, and that model was a lot better than its modern day equivalent.As I said, never again shall I purchase a Philips shaver...!KevT
