I recently purchased a pair of wired headphones, and after just three weeks of use, they suddenly stopped working. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to customer service have been met with complete silence. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but it seems like nobody at the customer service department cares about addressing my issue. The lack of response is incredibly disappointing and leaves me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected better after-sales support, especially when dealing with a malfunction so soon after purchase. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others against investing in these headphones. A product is only as good as the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, and in this case, it seems nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternatives with better customer support.

Avoid. They are extremely tight and just ended up hurting my ears. And the sound quality is ridiculously bad.

Great sound and comfortable fit. The only problem I have is that the comnnection pin is a bit weak - it bent faily easily in my iPad so I would advise users to make sure you unplug the headphones from any device before storing it away in a bag or something. If it bends too much it would affect the sound or not fit in the hole or be totally unusable if it breaks off altogether. Its a shame because the sound really is great.
