The brush heads really clean my teeth very well better than my last type of toothbrush.

The replacement heads never turned up. The electric toothbrush I bought them for stopped working within months. They make it well nigh impossible to email, message or phone them to report problems.

So far I've only received the item and I have yet to use it. I'm disappointed with Philips because my toothbrush came with 1 brush head and a voucher for a second one for free, but they didn't honor their offer so I wound up purchasing 6 at a discount for future use.
