Best shoes ever than the metcon 7 they need to stay

Very lightweight. It's more like a slip on since it doesn't have a tongue. Ordered a 9 but needed a 9 wide. Would have returned them but 9.5 is not available. Very slippery on a Bosu ball. Would recommend with the correct size and for general HIIT workouts.

What a shoe! Had my first pair for about a year and gave them to a friend in another country. Replaced it with this one. Miss the dark blue. But grey is awesome. Feels good. Wears good. Looks great. Excellent price

I have always worn running shoes when working out because they are comfortable and I like to jog a bit afterwards. Wearing these for working out is like night and day. They are hard to put on but are then amazing. They provide a solid platform and balance. I can stand on one leg longer and move side to side with ease. Squats are more supported. I’m completely shocked. Definitely get a pair.

Shoe feels solid on my feet in the gym for lifting and training. High-quality materials and well constructed. Love the feel of these shoes.
