Had several Sonicare products, all have performed very well. Consistently reliable.

Great tooth brush! Well worth the costs as I had one previously and it lasted me 13 years with simple head replacements.

Unusual at first but now like this very much. Finding replacement heads restrictive cf other brand hence 4 stars . Gentler in my gums for their health.

The product itself is great and I love the toothbrush on how effective it is at cleaning my teeth and holding charge for many days. However I have noticed that the long term endurance and reliability is questionable. The design and build quality of the toothbrush is not as robust as it used to be. For example the case to carry it for charging when on trips isn't very strong and breaks after a few months.Previous sonicare toothbrushes have failed at the button (so the toothbrush turns on my itself and depletes charge so the battery fails. Also the toothbrush head mounting spigot is also weak so that after a while it becomes loose.Personally I think these are the best electric toothbrush products so will continue to buy them but I do think that Phillips have deliberately made them fail to ensure people buy new ones. Obsolescense designed in from the start.
