I am not techy so I needed a basic printer that was easy to install but powerful enough to process a lot of pages quickly. It could not have been easier to set up it only took me about 15 minutes from breaking the seal on the box to printing my first page. I sent a large job to test it out and I couldn t believe how quickly it completed it.

A really good printer that combines compact size with powerful performance. From pressing print on the computer to the printer completing the job is mere seconds even with documents of many pages

Very impressive black and white printer. The printer is a crucial part of the office used heavily every day and the Kyocera PA4000 printer has more than stood up to the test. Quicker printing than the printer it replaced has noticeably increased productivity in the office
