The only reason I do not give it a 5 is that I am not sure how to have it automatically switch to the paper required for a print job & I can't find any information as to how to do so

I had this printer for a year and the touch screen no longer works, so even though the printer still works, the screen is stuck on the bar code and will not receive any communication between the computer and printer. I have 9 Xerox machines, one is 15 years old and still works on an old computer. I have in the past sang praises to the machine but lately have had so many negative incidents

Can't find a manual...cannot find any reason for jamming. Other printers work fine for two sided, just the Xerox jams.
