No mess, easy to make the perfect cup of coffee for each individual with very little effort. We still keep our pot coffee maker for big groups but for a family of coffee drinkers, this is perfect

Easy to set up and use. Making adjustments is straightforward. The full manual has to downloaded as a pdf from the Internet, not an issue for me but might be for some people. So far so good
