Dior Eau De Parfum Sauvage 200ml

No matter how one feels about the Dior Sauvage line - there is hardly anyone who doesn't like the basic DNA of this perfume. Showered with numerous awards and still very much in demand even after more than a decade, it can be perceived in every season (almost everywhere). Whether in a remote holiday paradise, in the big cities of this world, or in the small village disco around the corner. There is hardly a place that this perfume hasn't been seen - and therein lies its biggest problem - in its immense, worldwide success, which makes it accessible to everyone (even price-wise!). I don't want to write more about this wonderful perfume - except that I hate it for making me share it with everyone!

This fragrance has been around since 1966. That already says a lot, indicating that it is still popular. Well, it has aged a bit and strongly reminds one of a typical barber scent. It starts with a wonderfully fresh citrus note, which then transitions into a slightly woodier note. You can't deny a green note towards the end, which is probably due to the oak moss. At least, that's how I perceive it. The sillage and longevity are honestly average, but that should still be acceptable for an Eau de Toilette. It is more of a scent for the slightly warmer months, where it could bring in quite a few compliments due to its intense citrus notes.
