I am in love with this product. Seriously. I am a regular at the local Equinox, and bring it with me to finish up after my workout. The vibration really speeds up the recovery process for me. I also bring this baby with me when I travel. After several years of working retail in heels, my feet don't do well in most shoes. After a long day exploring a city or dancing at the club, I pull this out, and my feet don't hurt anymore!! I actually have a circulation disorder that affects my feet/toes. The vibration gets my circulation going whenever I have an episode. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to bring their recovery game up a notch!
