Samsung Tablet Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 12gb/256gb 14.6´´

S pen broke on third day of usage Samsung has terrible customer service

I have upgraded from S8+ to the S11 Ultra and it is a powerhouse! It is fantastic, speedy and enjoyable to use. The display is gorgeous! I mostly use the tablet for drawing and colouring comics so the bigger screen is also very helpful as my skills have progressed. The only complaint I have is the S Pen which has a solid tip, unlike the more brush-like texture of the one which came with my S8+. Moreover, I had the tablet for two days! and the nib snapped off with the stem stuck inside. It doesn't come with any spare nibs even if I could pick the broken one out. Luckily, customer service has been very helpful and I hope to get a replacement S Pen. If it transpires I cannot get one, I would have to knock a star off because a premium product like this should get something as straightforward as a stylus right!

Everything I need, performs great! Definitely recommend.

Straight out of the box and the camera was defective. Tried to register my face several times and the tablet reboots every time!!! Quality control is terrible, unfortunately. I, thus, had to spend time to bring the tablet for repair. Still waiting.

This tablet stands out compared to other tablets, the screen is amazing, the build quality is among the best and the form factor is greatest for consumption and productivity. Great product.
